Delete your Fashionate account
You can request deletion of your Fashionate account and associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email us at hello@fashionate.app and include:
- the email address you used to sign in
- “Delete Account Request” in the subject line
You can also start this process from the Delete account option inside the Fashionate app.
We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we process the request.
What gets deleted
- Your Fashionate account record
- Wardrobe items, outfits, trips, events, notes, and other content tied to your account
- Photos and other files you uploaded to Fashionate
What may be retained
- Purchase history or receipts handled by Google Play and our subscription provider, where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations
- Limited operational or security logs for a reasonable period
Timing
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
If you have an active subscription, you may also need to cancel it through Google Play to prevent future billing.
